Submission notes
The archive should be easy for residents, but careful about permission and context.
- Add names, approximate year, and location when you know them.
- Only submit photos you have permission to share.
- Old scans are welcome, even when the date is approximate.
- Facebook favorites can be reposted here with the owner's permission.

Email is used for photo follow-up and permission questions.
